Listings state what is in the box, what is not, how long a game really takes and how much of a kit an adult will need to help with. Marketing copy that oversells a product only creates a return.
About the company
A small British shop with a long attention span
Tech Gallery exists because good games and good toys deserve to be sold by people who have actually played with them. We are a UK company, registered in England and Wales, selling a deliberately narrow range of things we believe in.
What we do
We are a specialist retailer of games and toys — the trade classification is SIC 47650, retail sale of games and toys in specialised stores. In practice that means six collections: tabletop and board games, puzzles and brain teasers, STEM and robotics kits, remote control models, collectibles and model kits, and the accessories that hold it all together.
The stock list is short on purpose. A supermarket aisle carries whatever the buying calendar dictates; we carry what survives being opened, built, played and argued over. When we cannot honestly recommend something, it does not go on the site — and if a customer asks for a product we do not sell, we will usually just tell them where to find it.
We sell to households, and equally to schools, libraries, clubs and companies buying gifts. Trade enquiries get a quotation, a VAT invoice and a real conversation about what suits the age group.

Safety is not optional
We buy through authorised distributors, keep the conformity documentation, show age grading and small-parts warnings on the listing, and act immediately on any manufacturer recall.
Look after the customer
Your statutory rights are the starting point, not the ceiling. Missing parts, faulty units and changes of mind are handled by a person, quickly, without a scripted runaround.
Choose things that last
We favour products with available spares, printable rules, replaceable batteries and no dependency on an app that may be switched off next year. Play should outlive the launch campaign.
